Parmesan Garlic Sauce

Asian Sauce

Instructions

  1. For the Wings: Coat the chicken wing with corn starch, then fry in oil until skins are crisp. Finish the wings in the oven at 350.
  2. For the Parmesan Garlic sauce: Heat all ingredients together in a sauté pan.
  3. For the Asian Sauce: Combine the cornstarch and vinegar in a bowl, then add the other ingredients. Heat in a sauté pan to a boil until thickened.
  4. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve hot.
